DAWASA is committed to provide affordable, clean, safe water and sanitation services to our customers. We are committed to improving our revenue collection initiatives that will enhance our customer Service through effective water and sewerage service connectivity.

Quality objectives and processes have been developed in relevant functional areas and shall be reviewed regularly for effectiveness and improvement. The Authority is committed to effective implementation and continual improvement of a Quality Management System that complies with ISO 9001:2015 and all relevant regulations in order to consistently meet and exceed customers’ requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements for connecting to DAWASA services
1. Letter from the ward council
2. Application letter addressed to DAWASA branch Office
3. Two Passport size pictures
Once you have completed the listed requirements ,visit the nearest DAWASA office to start processing your application.

Water conservation Tips
1. Check all faucets, pipes and toilets for leaks.
2. Install water saving showerheads and ultra-low-flush toilets.
3. Take shorter showers.
4. Never use your toilet as a wastebasket.
5. Turn off the water while brushing your teeth or shaving.
